Rufus when he just came in.Little sweet, tiny & very skinny "Rufus" came to us from a Puppy mill.
He was skin & bones when we first fostered him.
After lots of love and yummy food & treats he was adopted by a wonderful couple and a sister pug that live in Colville Wa.
